Trauma

Many individuals encounter trauma in their lives leaving them with the sense that a significant part of who they are has been lost. Trauma, including abuse, neglect, and life-threatening events, may cause some to feel anxious, scared, angry, and confused. As a psychologist, I have specialized training in working with individuals who have encountered such trauma. If you have been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) or experience other trauma-related symptoms, therapy can help you to reclaim lost parts of yourself and begin to heal.
